False Accusations

Chad, a Pittsburgh chapter member and father of a young boy had partial custody every other weekend and one overnight during the week with his son for about one and half years. However, mom kept filing false allegations of child abuse through the boy’s pediatrician and Children’s Hospital. A recent custody contempt filing after being denied access by the mother brought the whole custody issue back to the court. Chad did his homework and got verification of the medical records filed by mom in these false allegations and testimony from the doctor’s that mother was "looking for something that wasn’t there.’
The judge agreed with Chad and granted his petition for shared physical custody and went on to warn mother that her time with their son would be in jeopardy if these false allegations continued.
